Indicative Founding Owner terms. Ownership pricing, aircraft specification, annual flight allocations, management fees, operating charges and program structure are subject to final aircraft selection and contractual documentation.

The aircraft you want. Only the share you need.

Buying an entire aircraft makes sense for some owners.

For many others, fractional ownership provides access to many of the benefits of aircraft ownership while sharing the capital commitment and fixed costs.

Arcus Fractional combines aircraft ownership with professional aircraft operation by Arcus Air.

How fractional ownership works

  1. 01

    Choose your ownership share

Select the ownership level that best matches your expected annual flying.

  2. 02

    Join the ownership structure

Your participation is documented under the final fractional ownership agreement.

  3. 03

    Aircraft acquisition & onboarding

Once the program reaches the required commitments, the aircraft can be acquired and integrated into Arcus Air operations.

  4. 04

    Start flying

Request flights through the Arcus owner service according to the program rules.

  5. 05

    Charter when available

Unused capacity may be marketed for charter, with applicable net charter contributions handled according to the ownership agreement.

More than a flight card.

Arcus Fractional is designed around participation in an aircraft ownership structure rather than simply purchasing prepaid flight hours.

Subject to the final legal structure, owners participate economically in the aircraft and its eventual disposal.

The final ownership, SPV, tax and legal structure will be defined in the program documentation.

A defined ownership horizon.

  1. Year 0

    Aircraft acquisition and onboarding

  2. Years 1–5

Owner operations + optional charter activity

  3. Year 5

Aircraft sale / program renewal / replacement subject to final program terms

The current concept is being designed around an approximately five-year ownership period. At the end of the program, the aircraft may be sold and applicable net proceeds distributed according to the final ownership structure.
